Anticipation Guides Anticipation Guides are a way to evoke thought and interest in a topic or text before the students read. Each Anticipation Guide is based on the specific reading selection. An interesting activity is to re-visit the Anticipation Guide after reading to see if the opinions and ideas have changed.
